What Is Central Annular Tear Of L3/4 Disc ANY CHIROPRACTORS OUT THERE?

ANY CHIROPRACTORS OUT THERE? - what is central annular tear of l3/4 disc

I recently posted a question about the problem of my daughter with her back pain (lower back) and pain in the groin and around the hip area ... to the point where you feel is unbearable .... I have informed some answers very well, but I expected that the results back to back.
My question is: Can they help the doctor chiropractor?
The doctor wants to treat epidural shots to deaden the pain and do not want ... We want a solution ... Drugs not the answer!
Here is what they found:
1 - L4-5 disc degeneration, told The Associated annular tear, bulge CENTRAL HIGH GRADE smooth without narrowing foraminal or central canal stenosis.
2 - free fluid in the pelvis, probably BILATERAL
Follicles are partially displayed, Naboth cyst, if clinically indicated. Additional evaluation by ultrasound pelvis may be the next step in the diagnostic algorithm

Any input ?????
