Best natural fabric for hot/cold? (travel / packing)? - travel fabric
I would welcome comments on 100% natural materials, such as it is better to go to hot temperatures cool only in terms of comfort. The wool from sheep? Alpaca? Murphy? Lino hard? Mohair? A blend of cotton and wool? Tencel point? Thank you.

Personally, I would say that silk ... cool in hot weather, but incredibly warm when layered
I would definitely go alpaca. Alpacas are used to have from hot to cold all day in the mountains of South America, going to say 25C to +25 C in 24 hours and insulation incredible abilities.
In addition, the alpaca fleece is light and heat capacity are preserved, even if the dress is thin enough to see through.
Alpaca fleece is a winner!
